Job summary

Phoenix Welding Supply in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Counter Sales Representative to be the face of sales and customer service at our retail locations. You will solicit sales, process payments, and support warehouse operations while maintaining stock and showroom presentation.

Responsibilities include data entry into TIMS/CRM, ensuring accurate paperwork, and upholding safety and quality in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time role requiring strong communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years' experience in product, warehouse, sales preferred or equivalent.
• Experience with ERP software TIMS or CRM Salesforce preferred.

Responsibilities

• Solicit sales from walk-in and call-in customers, identifying product needs and locating merchandise.
• Accurately complete and file all paperwork; document sales, quotes, or other information.
• Enter sales and quotes into the ERP system and research information for customers.
• Receive payment for merchandise and services; enter sales into the computer.
• Provide warehouse support for shipping/receiving, inventory stocking, and labeling.
• Restock store merchandise and maintain showroom and product literature.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain current price documentation.
