Job summary

Phoenix Welding is seeking a Counter Sales Representative to serve as the face of sales and customer service at our retail locations. The role reports to the Branch Lead and has no direct reports.

Responsibilities include soliciting sales, processing transactions, maintaining accurate records, and supporting warehouse operations. Candidates should have strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of product, warehouse, or sales experience preferred.
• ERP software experience (TIMS/CRM) and Salesforce preferred.

Responsibilities

• Solicit sales from walk-in and call-in customers and identify product needs.
• Complete and file paperwork timely; document sales and quotes.
• Enter sales data into ERP and research customer information.
• Handle payments and enter transactions in system.
• Provide warehouse support including shipping, receiving, stocking and inventory tasks.
• Restock, arrange, and label merchandise; conduct inventory counts.
