Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist walk-in customers efficiently.
• Answer calls and provide timely assistance (35–60+ per day).
• Respond to emails while managing in-person and phone interactions.
• Enter orders accurately into QuickBooks using product and service codes.
• Process hardware, steel materials, and service orders.
• Generate invoices and packing slips for customers.
• Assist customers with general product questions and guidance.
• Maintain awareness of multiple customers and manage time effectively.
• Help pull small items and assist in showroom or yard as needed.
