The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, adhering to safety policies, and managing order entry and inventory while collaborating with the team to meet customer needs. Monday–Friday schedule with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in product, warehouse, or sales environments.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience in industrial retail, inside sales, or inventory control is a plus.
• Must be able to operate in a drug-free workplace.

Responsibilities

• Manage order entry and processes transactions; assist with reconciliation of deposits.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external partners.
• Coordinate phone, e-mail, and in-person communication with customers and team members.
• Advise customers on tools, hardware, and materials to complete projects.
• Adhere to company policies including safety and PPE.
• Maintain welcoming showroom displays and stock shelves.
• Coordinate cylinder movement and pallet organization.
• Contribute to an outgoing call strategy to support branch growth.
