Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in product, warehouse, or sales environments.
• Excellent customer service skills in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience in industrial retail, inside sales, or inventory control is a plus.
• Ability to operate in a drug-free workplace.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers to provide industrial, medical, and specialty gases, welding equipment, and other essential supplies.
• Advise customers on tools, hardware, and materials for projects; demonstrate equipment use.
• Ensure paperwork like coding, costing, and pricing is accurately completed.
• Manage order entry and process transactions; assist with deposits reconciliation.
• Coordinate via phone, email, and in person to provide cost and delivery information.
• Contribute to an outgoing call strategy to support branch growth and success.
• Coordinate transfer of merchandise between locations to meet customer needs.
• Maintain showroom displays and stock shelves for a positive customer experience.
