Graybar Electric Company, Inc. is seeking a Counter Sales Representative in Naples, FL. You will serve as the face of Graybar for walk-in customers, selling merchandise and handling will-call orders while learning our broad product range.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, effective communication to identify needs, and the physical work of a warehouse environment. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, with comprehensive benefits depending on location.

Qualifications

• Enthusiasm for customer service.
• Ability to communicate with customers to understand needs.
• Ability to perform physical warehouse tasks.
• Safely operate warehouse equipment and PPE.

Responsabilités

• Learn Graybar’s products through self-study, training classes, and on-the-job learning.
• Place, arrange and maintain merchandise in counter area.
• Sell merchandise to walk-in customers and manage will-call (pickup) orders.
• Provide exemplary customer service.
• Be active in the warehouse.
