This role typically operates Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, with safety protocols and a comprehensive benefits package, including employee ownership culture and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Customer service mindset with a focus on helping walk-in customers.
• Ability to communicate clearly to assess customer needs.
• Physically capable to perform warehouse tasks safely.
• Familiarity with PPE and safe work practices.

Responsibilities

• Learn Graybar’s product catalog through training and on-the-job learning.
• Place, arrange and maintain merchandise in the counter area.
• Sell merchandise to walk-in customers and manage will-call orders.
• Provide exemplary customer service.
• Be active in the warehouse.
