Job summary

Graybar is seeking a Counter Sales Representative in East Naples, FL. You will serve as a face-to-face contact for customers, selling merchandise to walk-ins and handling will-call orders while learning Graybar’s product range through training and on-the-job learning.

You will maintain merchandise in the counter area, provide exceptional customer service, and participate in warehouse activities. The role requires steel-toed boots and a strong teamwork mindset.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in retail or warehouse environment.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Steel-toed boots required.

Responsibilities

• Learn Graybar’s products through self-study, training classes, and on-the-job learning.
• Place, arrange and maintain merchandise in counter area.
• Sell merchandise to walk-in customers and manage will-call (pickup) orders.
• Provide exemplary customer service.
• Be active in the warehouse.
