Total Tool, a NEFCO company, is seeking a Counter Sales Representative to join our retail sales team. You will help customers in the electrical, mechanical and construction sectors, provide knowledgeable service, and set the stage for future growth in sales.

Schedule is Monday to Friday, 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm. Requirements include at least two years in customer service, a team mindset, and strong computer skills. We offer a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of previous customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain exceptional relationships with all customers, primarily in the electrical, mechanical and construction industry.
• Provide each customer with knowledgeable and excellent service both in person and over the phone.
• Process quotes and orders for customers.
• Work in coordination with Outside Sales to streamline the customer experience.
• Engage in ongoing training sessions, staying up to date on new and current products, services, and industry trends.
