Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in product, warehouse, or sales environments.
• Excellent customer service skills in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience in industrial retail, inside sales, or inventory control is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to company policies including safety and PPE use.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external partners.
• Process paperwork including coding, costing, and pricing.
• Assist customers in selecting tools, equipment, and supplies.
• Enter orders and help reconcile deposits.
• Communicate costs and delivery via phone, email, and in person.
• Support branch growth with an outgoing call strategy.
• Coordinate transfer of merchandise between locations.
• Maintain showroom displays and positive customer atmosphere.
