Granite City Electric Supply is seeking a Counter Salesperson in Boston to service customers by taking, entering and filling orders quickly and accurately. You will gain product knowledge while learning our systems and procedures, with starting pay at $23/hour commensurate with experience.

You will communicate with customers in person and by phone, manage stock, support promotions, and assist with inventory and branch operations.

Competenze

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Electrical knowledge from a trade school helpful.
• Previous business, construction, or electrical industry exposure preferred but not required.

Mansioni

• Communicate with Customers on the phone and in person, fill orders and transfers accurately and quickly.
• Enter stock, special, direct and back orders as required by Customers.
• Maintain Customer Sales area in a clean and organized manner.
• Help stock shelves and keep organized to facilitate fast and accurate order filling.
• Attend classes and meetings to gain product knowledge or improve sales skills.
