Northeastern Supply, Inc. in Toughkenneman, PA 19348 is seeking a seasoned Counter Sales Associate to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction at the branch.

You will assist walk-in and phone customers with product selection and order fulfillment using product knowledge to resolve needs. This full-time role reports to the Branch Manager and offers benefits including Medical, Dental & Vision, disability coverage, a 401(k) match, telehealth, and more.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in sales or customer service preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and stand for up to 8 hours daily.
• Work in indoor and outdoor environments.

Mansioni

• Assist counter and phone customers with orders, product info, pricing, and availability.
• Pull, fill, pack, and set up orders for delivery or pickup; track order status at all times.
• Upsell complementary products and follow pricing guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized counter and product display area.
