Job summary

Graybar is seeking a Counter Sales Representative in Tallahassee, FL to be the face-to-face contact for customers. You will sell merchandise to walk-in customers and service will-call orders, acting as a product expert learned through training and on-the-job learning.

You will work Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm, and enjoy Graybar's benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid vacation and holidays, and more.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience preferred.
• Enthusiasm for customer service.
• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment and PPE usage.

Responsibilities

• Learn Graybar’s products through self-study, training classes, and on-the-job learning.
• Place, arrange and maintain merchandise in counter area.
• Sell merchandise to walk-in customers and manage will-call (pickup) orders.
• Provide exemplary customer service.
