Graybar is hiring a Counter Sales Representative in Goleta, CA to serve as a key face-to-face contact for customers. You will sell merchandise to walk-in customers and service will-call orders, while learning Graybar’s broad product range and helping customers with their needs.

You will place and arrange merchandise, provide outstanding service, and participate in warehouse activities. The role emphasizes product knowledge and customer focus in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or counter sales preferred.
• Ability to communicate with customers to determine needs.
• Able to work in a warehouse environment and use PPE.
