Job summary

Graybar is seeking a Counter Sales Representative in Anchorage, AK. You will be the primary face-to-face contact for customers, selling merchandise, processing will-call orders, and ensuring the counter area is inviting and well-stocked.

You will learn Graybar’s extensive product lines, provide solutions, and uphold safety and PPE standards while working with a collaborative team in a face-to-face sales environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience or related role.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers to assess needs.
• Comfort with physical work in a warehouse and basic safety PPE.

Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in customers and service will-call orders.
• Sell merchandise and provide product recommendations.
• Maintain organization of the counter area and stock.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and follow PPE guidelines.
• Deliver exemplary customer service and problem solve on the spot.
