Job summary

Graybar in Cedar Rapids, IA, is hiring a Counter Sales Representative to be the face of our counter, selling merchandise to walk-in customers and processing will-call orders. You will learn Graybar’s extensive product lines and help customers find the right solutions while delivering friendly, efficient service.

This full-time role offers a starting pay of $18.19 per hour, regular daytime hours, and benefits through Graybar's employee stock ownership plan, retirement plan, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience preferred in retail or warehouse roles.
• Strong customer-service mindset.
• Able to communicate clearly with customers.
• Able to perform physical tasks and wear PPE.

You will sell merchandise to walk-in customers as well as service will-call orders.
