Graybar, serving Tallahassee, FL, seeks a Counter Sales Representative to be the face of our store, helping walk-in customers and handling will-call orders. You will learn Graybar products through training and on-the-job learning, providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes product knowledge, accurate merchandising, and active warehouse participation to support customer needs.

Qualifications

• Enthusiasm for customer service.

• Ability to perform the physical requirements necessary to work in a warehouse environment.
• Safely operate warehouse equipment and proper use of PPE.
• 2+ years experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn Graybar’s products through self-study, training classes, and on-the-job learning.
• Place, arrange and maintain merchandise in counter area; service will-call orders.
• Sell merchandise to walk-in customers and manage will-call (pickup) orders.
• Provide exemplary customer service.

You will sell merchandise to walk-in customers as well as service will-call orders.
