This full-time role serves walk-in and phone customers, helps select products, and fulfills orders while building lasting relationships through technical knowledge and friendly service. You will handle order fulfillment, inventory management, and daily customer interactions, aiming for accuracy, timely delivery, and high satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience with products, applications, or wholesale distribution preferred.
• Candidate must be able to lift up to 75 lbs and stand up to 8 hours daily.
• Ability to stoop, bend, and reach inventory; work in indoor and outdoor environments.

Responsibilities

• Pull, fill, pack, and set up orders for delivery or pickup and track order status.
• Receive shipments, log into inventory, conduct audits, and process returns accurately.
• Assist counter and phone customers with orders, product info, pricing, and availability.
• Greet customers professionally and resolve issues promptly or escalate as needed.
• Upsell and maintain deep product knowledge; follow pricing guidelines.
• Collaborate with team and follow all procedures and handbook requirements.
