Job description

As a Counter Sales Representative, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service and support at our sales counter. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting customers with their purchases, answering inquiries, and ensuring a smooth sales process.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide product information and recommendations to customers
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized sales counter area
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
• Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets
• Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
