Graybar is seeking a Counter Sales Representative to be the face of our counter, selling merchandise to walk-in customers and handling will-call orders. You will learn a wide range of products and provide exceptional customer service while staying active in the warehouse environment.

The role emphasizes customer interaction, product knowledge, and safety in a warehouse setting with standard hours and a stable schedule.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience preferred.
• Able to communicate with customers to understand their needs.
• Able to perform the physical requirements necessary to work in a warehouse environment.
• Safely operate warehouse equipment and PPE.

Responsibilities

• Learn Graybar’s products through self-study, training classes, and on-the-job learning.
• Place, arrange and maintain merchandise in counter area.
• Sell merchandise to walk-in customers and manage will-call (pickup) orders.
• Provide exemplary customer service.
• Be active in the warehouse.
