White Cap is hiring immediately for a Counter Sales Associate to handle walk-in, phone, and will-call customers on-site in Hawaii. The role involves processing orders, quoting prices, and providing product information with a focus on upselling and technical advice.

• Communicates product features, benefits, and warranty policy information to customers.
• Demonstrates knowledge of products and their applications and provides technical advice to resolve issues.
• Upsells by identifying related products and informing customers of promotions.
