Universal Supply Co., a division of US LBM Holdings, LLC, is seeking a Counter Sales Representative to assist customers, process orders over the counter, and handle payments in a retail setting.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma or GED and 1–3 years of building material knowledge with sales experience, plus strong communication and customer service skills. Availability on Saturdays/evenings preferred.

Responsabilités

• Greet and assist customers with product questions and locating items.
• Process sales at the register and handle various payment methods.
• Provide initial responses to inquiries about pricing, orders, deliveries, and quotes.
• Assist showroom customers with product selection and record-keeping.
• Maintain showroom appearance and ensure stock levels.
• Attend trainings to learn full product offering.
• Prepare invoices, orders, and tickets; enter data into the system.
• Support inventory, packaging, and refunds with manager approval.
