Job summary

US LBM is recruiting a Counter Sales Representative to assist customers and contractors in a retail setting. You will take orders over the counter, provide product guidance, and process payments while maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years of building material knowledge and sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, answer questions about products, pricing, promotions, and deliveries.
• Process sales at the counter and handle various payment methods.
• Create invoices and enter orders accurately in the system.
• Maintain showroom appearance and stock levels; assist yard and warehouse operations as needed.
• Operate forklifts or other equipment after training where required.
