Job summary

Frontier Supply Company is seeking a dedicated Counter Sales associate in Alaska. You will greet customers, process orders, and provide product recommendations to meet customer needs. Maintain an organized counter area and respond to phone calls and emails.

Responsibilities include restocking, light freight handling, and outdoor work during inclement weather. The position requires standing for long periods and Saturday shifts from 8am to 2pm. Wage is DOE and benefits are offered.

Responsibilities Of a Counter Sales Position Include

• Customer Service: Greeting customers, answering questions
• Order Processing: Taking orders, processing payment, pulling orders and tracking orders
• Inventory Management: Restocking all products, and putting away freight
• Sales: Suggestions of product to meet customer needs
• Merchandise Presentation: Ensure the counter area is clean, wiped down, free of clutter, and organized
• Communication: Answering phone calls and emails

Requirements For Position

• Stand for long periods of time
• Lift and carry heavy items over 50 lbs.
• Bend, stoop and reach
• Work outside during inclement weather for a period
• Shovel sidewalks during winter months
• Saturday day work 8am to 2 pm
