Job summary

Ganahl Lumber Company in Northridge, CA is seeking a Counter Sales Manager to lead and grow a fast-paced yard team. You will develop the sales process, mentor staff, and build strong customer relationships by understanding needs and connecting them to Ganahl resources.

You should have hospitality, coaching, and strong communication skills, plus experience with Accuterm and Microsoft Office products. Prior supervision of counter/contract sales is preferred.
