SRS Distribution Inc. is seeking a Counter Sales associate to serve customers at the Mesa location. This on-site role involves handling orders, assisting customers with product selections, and coordinating deliveries, all while maintaining accuracy and a high level of service.

The position requires strong communication, multitasking, and familiarity with POS systems. Candidates should be prepared to work Monday through Friday with overtime during peak periods, and to lift up to 75 lbs as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service or sales.
• Proficiency with basic computer operations.
• Experience with point-of-sale systems and order entry.
• Clear communication in person, over the phone, and via email.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs regularly.
• Willingness to work overtime during peak seasons.
• Pass pre-employment drug test.

Responsabilités

• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person consultations; stay courteous and professional.
• Accurately process transactions at the sales counter using company computer system for precise order fulfillment.
• Offer product recommendations and pricing information to meet customer needs and maximize sales.
• Create detailed sales orders and quotes using customer measurements for accurate cost estimates.
• Coordinate and schedule truck deliveries to ensure timely arrivals and satisfied customers.
• Participate in inventory activities like cycle counts, picking, replenishment, and receiving/shipping.
• Communicate customer needs and special orders with management to improve offerings.
