Job summary

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with merchandise questions and location in-store.
• Process sales at the register and handle various payment methods.
• Provide initial responses to inquiries about products, pricing, quotes, and deliveries.
• Record and input orders, pricing, and data into the computer system.
• Prepare invoices and sales tickets; issue refunds or credits with manager approval.
• Maintain showroom appearance and stock levels on the floor and in the stockroom.
