Graybar in Denver is seeking a customer-focused associate to support counter sales and will-call orders, learning Graybar products through training and on-the-job learning. You will inventory and arrange merchandise, assist walk-in customers, and provide exceptional service in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Enthusiasm for customer service.
• Ability to communicate well with customers to understand their needs.
• Ability to perform the physical requirements necessary to work in a warehouse environment.
• Safely operate warehouse equipment and PPE.

Responsibilities

• Learn Graybar's products through self-study, training classes, and on-the-job learning.
• Place, arrange and maintain merchandise in counter area.
• Sell merchandise to walk-in customers and manage will-call (pickup) orders.
• Provide exemplary customer service.
• Be active in the warehouse.
