Job summary

Graybar Electric Company in Orlando, FL is seeking a Counter Sales Representative to serve as a face-to-face contact for customers. You will sell merchandise to walk-in customers and handle will-call orders, while learning Graybar’s wide range of products to assist customers with their needs.

The role requires enthusiasm for customer service and the ability to communicate effectively. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 4:00pm, with attire and PPE requirements for warehouse work.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate well with customers to understand their needs.
• Ability to perform the physical requirements necessary to work in a warehouse environment.
• Safely operate warehouse equipment and PPE procedures.

Responsibilities

• Learn Graybar’s products through self-study, training classes, and on-the-job learning.
• Place, arrange and maintain merchandise in counter area.
• Sell merchandise to walk-in customers and manage will-call (pickup) orders.
• Provide exemplary customer service.
• Be active in the warehouse.
