Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience: At least one year of retail experience, preferably in an industrial setting.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Technical: Basic computer literacy to process orders and manage inventory.
• Math and organization: Ability to calculate pricing and manage multiple customer needs.
• Teamwork and independence: Able to work both independently and in a team.
• Self-motivation: Proactive and customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in and telephone customers with product inquiries, special requests, and pricing.
• Identify customer needs, clarify specifications, and locate or retrieve products.
• Finalize transactions and assist with product shipments when necessary.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing customers.
• Promote company products and services to drive additional sales.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional storefront.
• Represent Tacoma Screw Products as a pillar of customer service.
