• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer literacy to process orders and manage inventory.
• Ability to calculate pricing and manage multiple customer needs efficiently.
• Must work both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product inquiries, requests, and pricing.
• Identify customer needs, explain specifications, and locate products.
• Finalize transactions and assist with shipments when necessary.
• Build relationships with new and existing customers.
• Promote products and services to drive sales.
• Maintain a clean, organized storefront.
