Job summary

Capital Electric in Moncks Corner, SC is seeking a Counter Sales associate to help customers, answer calls, greet walk-in clients, and process orders. You’ll assist with product selection and ensure accurate tickets and pricing, contributing to monthly sales and gross margin goals.

Qualifications

• Sales experience or electrical knowledge preferred, but training will be provided.
• Good math, verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer literate and MS Office experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer phone calls.
• Greet walk-in customers.
• Assist customers with order and product selection.
• Pick customer orders from warehouse and bring to counter.
• Prepare sales tickets and process charges.
• Promote promotions and upsell products.
• Support warehouse functions as needed.
• Aim to meet monthly sales and gross margin goals.
