Job summary

Watsco is seeking a Counter Sales Associate for its Lake Charles showroom. The role focuses on providing strong customer service in a sales-driven environment.

You will interact with internal and external sales staff, assist in merchandising, handle sales orders, and help drive upsell opportunities while maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year experience in a Counter Sales role, preferably in the HVAC industry.
• Proven success in sales and providing excellent customer service.
• Strong interpersonal skills including sales, problem solving and customer service.
• Ability to work independently, but meet assigned goals and objectives in designated time frames.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment.
• A willingness to learn and grow with our Company.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Proven commitment to customer service and a safe work environment.
• Pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check in accordance with applicable state laws.

The ultimate goal of this role is to provide strong customer service in a sales oriented setting.

In addition to the above responsibilities, this individual is held accountable for all other duties as assigned.
