Position Overview: As a Counter Sales Representative, you will be the primary contact for customers, assisting them in finding and purchasing products, providing information and recommendations, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Your role is key in driving sales and fostering long-term customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, assist in locating products, answer questions, and offer recommendations based on their needs.
• Sales Transactions: Process sales accurately using the POS system, handling cash, credit cards, and other payments per company policies.
• Product Knowledge: Develop understanding of store products, features, specifications, and promotions.
• Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to increase sales through upselling or cross-selling complementary products.
• Order Fulfillment: Assist with special orders and coordinate with departments or suppliers to fulfill customer requests efficiently.
