Position Overview

This role involves providing general branch support by filling in for vacations, absences, peak workloads, etc., at various branch locations. Willingness to travel to multiple local branches with all travel expenses reimbursed. Daily interaction with customers and co-workers to ensure a positive experience, supporting all branch functions including customer service, order filling, receiving, warehouse duties, and delivery assistance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Accurately fill customer orders and verify received materials.
2. Maintain organized warehouse and safe loading/unloading procedures.
3. Perform cycle counts and assist as a back-up delivery driver, operating vehicles safely.
4. Update product knowledge continuously and assist customers at the counter.
5. Process customer orders using company software, follow up on issues, and handle inquiries professionally.
6. Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the branch.
7. Adhere to safety protocols and participate in inventories and other duties as assigned.
