Job summary

SkyBridge Tactical is seeking a Breaching Photography and Testing SME to support USSOCOM with hands-on photography, testing, and documentation of new breaching tools and techniques at Fort Belvoir, VA.

The role involves collaboration with government partners, academic laboratories, and private industry to develop, photograph, and test equipment. A Bachelor or Master’s degree and 12+ years of experience are preferred, with active Top Secret/SCI eligibility.

Qualifications

• Background in explosive and mechanical breaching operations, particularly SOF.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree required.
• Minimum 12 years of experience.
• Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills.
• Ability to interpret complex government contract requirements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with proposal tools such as SharePoint and Adobe Acrobat.

Responsibilities

• Assist the SGM and Deputy for Breaching as the Breaching Photographer and Testing SME working with government partners, academic labs, and private industry to develop, photograph, and test new tools and technology in support of the SOF explosive and mechanical breaching community.
• Assist in the preparation and development of new requirements documentation including ICDs, CDDs, SPECAT messages, BOIP, Test Plans, and update Project Folders.

Overview:

SkyBridge Tactical is seeking a highly motivated Breaching Photography and Testing SME with strong experience in support of USSOCOM.

This Position is Contingent upon Contract Award to SkyBridge Tactical LLC

Responsibilities:

The Breaching Photography and Testing SME’s Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Assists the SGM and Deputy for Breaching as the Breaching Photographer and Testing SME working in collaboration with government partners, academic laboratories, and private industry - to develop, photograph, and test new tools and technology in support of the SOF explosive and mechanical breaching community.
• Assists in the preparation and development of new requirements documentation to include Initial Capabilities Documents (ICD), Capabilities Development Documents (CDD), SPECAT messages, Basis of Issue Plans (BOIP), Test Plans, and update Project Folders.

Required Qualifications:

• Qualifications include a background in heavy and medium explosive and mechanical breaching operations (particularly SOF) with a knowledge of breaching and entry techniques, tactics, & procedures.
• Bachelor or Masters Degree
• Minimum of 12 Years of Experience
• Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to understand and interpret complex government contract requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with proposal management tools (e.g., SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat).
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
