Job summary

SkyBridge Tactical is seeking a highly qualified Contracting SME to support USSOCOM activities at Fort Belvoir. This role requires deep OTA experience, the ability to develop pre-solicitation packages, and close collaboration with PMs, CORs, and KOs to ensure procurement success. Strong drafting skills and familiarity with PWS/SOW, QASP, and IGCE are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in contracting or related fields.
• Strong written and editing skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret complex government contract requirements.

Responsibilities

Job description

SkyBridge Tactical is seeking a highly motivated Contracting SME with strong experience in support of USSOCOM.

This Position is Contingent upon Contract Award to SkyBridge Tactical LLC

Responsibilities:

• Expert knowledge of Other Transaction Agreements (OTA) is critical to reviews.
• Demonstrated ability to assist Government Program Managers (PMs) / Contracting Officer Representatives (CORs) with developing pre-solicitation requirement packages and to serve as the liaison between the PMs / CORs and Contracting Officers (KOs) of procurement agencies to successfully process their requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to assist with the development of acquisition and contracts documentation for procurement packages, including the detailed Performance Work Statement (PWS) / Statement of Work (SOWs), Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP), Independent Government Cost Estimate (IGCE), Memorandums, requirement approval documents and any other requested documents.

Required Qualifications:

• Have knowledge in areas supported by the specified subject area to support product selection, architecture, system design, engineering, intelligence systems, security and other technical, operational, and analytical disciplines to include reliability, maintainability and life cycle cost management.
• Bachelor or Masters Degree
• Minimum of 12 Years of Experience
• Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to understand and interpret complex government contract requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with proposal management tools (e.g., SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat).
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
