Job summary

Magnolia Bakery is seeking a Counter Associate for our Hudson Yards location. You will handle counter transactions, greet guests, and help maintain our high standards of service and product quality.

Responsibilities include assisting customers quickly and accurately, wrapping and stocking desserts, and keeping work areas clean. The role requires standing for several hours and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:

• Position requires standing and walking for period of 3-5 hours without a rest break (not including required breaks).
• Occasional moderate to heavy lifting and carrying, bending, and reaching overhead may be required.
• Requires grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, listening and hearing ability and visual acuity.
• Talking and hearing occur continuously in the process of communicating with guests, coworkers, and management
• Vision occurs continuously with the most common visual functions being those of near vision and depth perception.
• Requires manual dexterity to use and operate all necessary equipment.
