Job summary

Eagle Integrated Services, LLC is seeking a Security Management Analyst to lead insider threat policy development and manage AT/FP programs for DHA sites. Responsibilities include policy creation, coordination with PFPA, and delivering monthly performance reporting.

The role requires DoD/ISC knowledge, strong analytical ability, and proficiency in MS Office. Some travel to client locations may be required to support program implementation.

Qualifications

• Insider Threat program knowledge based on DoD and federal requirements (ISC).
• Experience in Anti-Terrorism / Force Protection (AT/FP) programs.
• Ability to coordinate with PFPA and other agencies.
• Capacity to develop policies and guidance for DHA and subordinate orgs.
• Ability to create and assess performance measurements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Anti-Terrorism plans, policies, and procedures for DHA locations.
• Provide reporting and statistics for AT/FP program monthly and as needed.
• Attend AT meetings and disseminate information to DHA personnel.
• Assist Physical Security team with Mission Assurance responsibilities.
• Analyze client needs to determine system requirements for management systems.
