Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Counseling, Criminal Justice, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
• One year of related experience required; two+ years preferred.
• Certification/licensure preferred; valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise program participants under direction of a Program Director or designee.
• Facilitate mentoring, discipline, safety, and observation of participants.
• Utilize crisis intervention techniques to de-escalate situations.
• Implement behavioral/level system where applicable.
• Assist with initial assessment and intake of new participants.
• Provide 24/7 coverage with flexible scheduling and timely attendance.
• Transport participants to school or medical appointments when authorized.
• Ensure medication is processed on admission and administered on time.
