(Remote) Mental Health Counselor Psychotherapist or Social Worker (LMHC or LCSW) - Massachusetts Licensed

Join Rivia Mind, a tele-behavioral Mental Health and Well-being Practice based in NYC, offering services across NY, NJ, CT, and FL. We are seeking a licensed Mental Health Therapist in Massachusetts for a full-time, salaried W-2 role. The candidate should hold an active license in MA and be open to obtaining licensure in Connecticut, which we support financially.

As a Psychotherapist, you will deliver high-quality clinical care via telehealth, utilizing modalities such as CBT, DBT, MI, and others. You will be part of a collaborative, mission-driven practice that values clinical excellence, inclusivity, and accessible mental health services.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing consistent, high-quality clinical care aligned with Rivia Mind’s values
• Conducting intake evaluations and developing patient-centered treatment plans
• Applying various psychotherapy modalities
• Supporting diverse patient populations through telehealth
• Maintaining a weekly average of 31 patients
• Providing crisis intervention and behavioral management
• Documenting sessions thoroughly and timely
• Fostering a collaborative and positive work environment

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
• Active LCSW or LMHC license in MA, with preferred additional licenses in CT
• At least one year of psychotherapy experience
• Experience with outpatient care and diverse modalities
