Job summary

WestCare Inc. in Pinellas Park, FL is seeking a Counselor – Program Support to provide counseling across residential and outpatient programs. The position is full-time with a 4-year degree; salary range is $21.64–$24.52 hourly. Travel between program locations may be required; benefits and training are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, nursing, rehabilitation, or related human services field.
• CPA preferred? (Note: CAP preferred wording is in the ad)
• Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain WestCare vehicle insurance.
• Background clearance and vaccinations as required by policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide counseling across residential and outpatient programs as needed.
• Deliver individual, group, and family counseling services.
• Screen and assess clients; develop and monitor ITP/ISP plans.
• Complete clinical documentation accurately and timely.
• Participate in interdisciplinary treatment teams and crisis intervention.
• Coordinate referrals and continuation of care; discharge planning.
• Maintain professional boundaries and comply with regulations.
