Job summary

WESTCARE GULFCOAST-FLORIDA INC is seeking a Counselor – Program Support to provide counseling and clinical support across residential and outpatient programs. You will adapt to varying programs, deliver individual, group, and family counseling, screen and assess clients, and develop ITPS/ISPs while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include timely clinical documentation, crisis intervention, and coordination of referrals.

• Participate in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings.
• Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation as needed.
• Coordinate referrals and transitions in care.
• Maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality.
• Travel between program locations as required.
