Texas Dow Employees Credit Union is seeking a Loan Resolution Counselor 1 to contact members, assess payment ability, and establish repayment schedules while educating on delinquency options. The role includes processing payments and coordinating with supervisors for complex cases.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication and time management skills, experience in sales or collections, and proficiency with MS Office (Word/Excel). Knowledge of credit systems and daily metrics is a plus.
Education: High school diploma or an equivalent mix of education and experience is required.
Experience : Previous sales or collection experience is preferred.
