Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a licensed clinician in Kentucky to lead group therapy, conduct intake assessments, and coordinate care within a multidisciplinary onsite team. • Plan and conduct group therapy sessions and patient intake assessments based on clinic needs and best-practice guidelines
• Provide crisis and de-escalation techniques
• Assist with treatment planning
• Review progress towards treatment plan goals
• Coordinate patient care with the onsite multidisciplinary team
• Attend required meetings, including on-site staff meetings and multidisciplinary team meetings
• Timely and comprehensively document necessary treatment data into the electronic patient health record

Requirements
