The Department of Counseling at CSU Fullerton invites applications for its Part‑Time Lecturer Pool. Qualified candidates will be contacted when positions are available, typically for short‑notice appointments around the start of the academic term.
Prepare and deliver lecture and/or practicum courses, develop syllabi, assess student learning, and participate in departmental meetings and professional development. Assignments are typically part‑time units and may require availability on very short notice.

All appointments are as Lecturers under the Collective Bargaining Agreement. Initial appointments are for one semester. Compensation is prorated per unit and paid in six monthly payments. Current classification range is $5,507–$6,677 per month, not to exceed $6,221 per month. A three‑unit assignment typically pays $6,608.40–$7,465.20 per semester.
