In-House Commercial Counsel (Arizona)

Latitude is working with a company to find a junior commercial counsel to serve its business units. This attorney will partner closely with business teams and legal executives, providing guidance on commercial transactions, regulatory compliance, product development, intellectual property, supply chain, product liability, and other day-to-day operational matters. The ideal candidate has experience working with a large manufacturer or has a background that can easily pick up the relevant industry specifics. This role is onsite in Scottsdale, AZ.

Basic Requirements For The In-House Commercial Counsel

• 3+ years of legal experience at a law firm or in-house
• Strong background in commercial transactions, corporate law, and business counseling
• Deep understanding of commercial legal issues relevant to business operations
• Comfortable running tasks independently
• Demonstrated analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex matters simultaneously
• Experience in a manufacturing industry and exposure to global trade matters preferred
• Excellent academic credentials
• Licensed to practice law and in good standing
• Outstanding references required

Position Details Of The In-House Commercial Counsel

• Schedule: Full-time
• Location: Onsite (Scottsdale, AZ); periodic travel may be required

Compensation

Pay: The salary range for this role is $160,000 - $185,000. This position is also eligible for bonuses and equity compensation. Pay is based on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials, and location.
