Job summary

Appdome, Inc. is seeking a junior attorney to join the commercial team in a hybrid role for the San Francisco Bay Area. You will support the SaaS sales cycle by generating, producing, and negotiating quotes, orders, and NDAs, and assist with vendor onboarding and negotiated commercial terms.

The role reports to the General Counsel and, over time, to the Senior Commercial Counsel. This position is ideal for a tech‑savvy, detail‑oriented professional who enjoys fast-paced growth and process

Qualifications

• J.D. or equivalent law degree required.
• Experience supporting SaaS sales cycles and commercial matters.
• Ability to draft and negotiate NDAs, quotes, orders, and MSAs.

Responsibilities

• Support intake, preparation, and issuance of sales quotes and expansions.
• Negotiate NDAs, deal terms, MSAs, and other commercial agreements for closing sales.
• Support vendor onboarding processes.
• Support Legal team initiatives on AI tools usage.
• Standardize contract terms relevant to quoting and sales processes.
• Assist in data tracking and monthly/quarterly/annual reports.

We provide enterprise customers patented cutting-edge AI-driven technology with a no-code solution and platform for building, releasing, monitoring, and managing Appdome-protected mobile applications. We are seeking a junior attorney to join our commercial team.You will support our commercial and legal sales processes including quote and order generation, negotiation, and completion, NDAs, negotiated commercial terms, and vendor onboarding supporting growth and modeling continuous improvement.This role is hybrid for candidates in the San Francisco Bay Area.Appdome is currently located in RedwoodCity, CA but will moving its offices to San Francisco in Fall 2026.

About the Role

As Counsel you will be at the intersection of Sales, Commercial, Legal, and Finance working on all documentation and processes embedded in the SaaS sales cycle includinggenerating, producing and negotiating quotes, orders, NDAs, RFIs/RFPs, and responsive vendor onboarding materials.We are looking for someone eager to learn in a fast-paced SaaS sales environment, who is ready to challenge themselves with new tasks and opportunities to grow and gain new skills. You will get commercial work done as we scale with the adoption and implementation of efficient, compliant, and scalable processes, methods, and tools. Reporting initially to Appdome's General Counsel, you will eventually report to our Senior Commercial Counsel.This role is ideal for someone who is tech-savvy, comfortable navigating uncertainty, and detail-oriented.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the intake, preparation, and issuance of sales quotes and expansions, while also preparing/refining quotes and supporting the quoting process end-to-end.
• Using existing tools and playbooks, negotiate NDAs, deal terms, MSAs or other commercial agreements as needed for closing the sales cycle.
• Support completion of vendor onboarding processes.
• Support the Legal team initiatives regarding the identification, implementation, and use of AI tools.
• Implement standardization of contract terms relevant to the quoting and sales process.
• Support data tracking and reporting, including preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and other materials.
