Job summary

Appdome, Inc. is seeking a junior attorney to join our commercial team in the San Francisco Bay Area.

You will support quote generation, orders, NDAs, and vendor onboarding across a fast-paced SaaS sales cycle. Reporting to the General Counsel and later to the Senior Commercial Counsel, you will work with Sales, Commercial, Legal, and Finance to implement scalable contract processes and AI tool usage in our workflows.

Qualifications

• JD degree and active bar membership.
• 2–3 years of relevant legal experience supporting commercial sales or purchasing.
• Experience working in a fast-paced SaaS sales environment.
• Experience using AI and automation.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and DocuSign.
• Ability to work independently as well as in collaborative cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to ask questions, and problem-solve.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience working with distributed / global teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the intake, preparation, and issuance of sales quotes and expansions, while also preparing/refining quotes and supporting the quoting process end-to-end.
• Negotiate NDAs, deal terms, MSAs or other commercial agreements as needed for closing the sales cycle.
• Support completion of vendor onboarding processes.
• Support the Legal team initiatives regarding AI tools.
• Implement standardization of contract terms relevant to the quoting and sales process.
• Support data tracking and reporting, including preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and other materials.
