Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant legal experience, including digital media, advertising technology, data-driven marketing or media agency agreements.
• Ability to translate complex legal and commercial issues into actionable guidance.
• Licensed to practice in at least one state bar; willingness to register in California as in-house counsel.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel on media buying, advertising tech, performance marketing and agency matters.
• Advise marketing, privacy, procurement and business stakeholders with practical, strategic recommendations.
• Manage a high volume of media and agency transactions and a sophisticated contracts practice.
